TERMS AND CONDITIONS !!
Please read and accept the following terms and conditions carefully prior to confirming any football or event packages with Interopa Holidays.
1) All reservations require full pre-payment at time of confirmation.
2) Reservations are only finally confirmed upon receipt of pre-payment.
3) Football or event tickets are non-refundable once confirmed in writing and payment has been received.
4) Unless otherwise stated or agreed, football / event tickets will be sent to the confirmed hotel for clients to collect upon arrival.
5) If a football match is cancelled / postponed, the requested tickets will be valid for the newly arranged dates, or an alternative match / event will be found (subject to package price)
6) Confirmed accommodation may be cancelled / amended no less than 7 days prior to arrival. You must receive written confirmation from Interopa Holidays to confirm that your accommodation has been cancelled unless no accommodation refund will be given.
7) Accommodation cancellation / amendments less than 7 days prior to arrival will liable for a cancellation fee of one nights stay.
8) All clients must produce passport identification for collection of the tickets from the hotel reception upon arrival.
9) All requests are strictly subject to availability and price fluctuation until confirmed in writing by Interopa Holidays.
10) Clients attending football matches must not wear visiting team colors as they may be ejected from the stadium.
